GCA believes that equipping indigenous leadership with knowledge and resources is key to making a lasting impact in Haiti. With this in mind, GCA operates a regional seminary, the LAMP Theological Seminary . LAMP offers classes and seminars to train and equip effective leaders.
Equipping indigenous leaders is the key to making a lasting impact in the future of Haiti.
GCA also sends guest lecturers from the United States in order to expose the Haitian seminary students to a broad range of teachers and topics. After successfully completing the training, these leaders are equipped with the knowledge to help transform their villages through the establishment of a church, school, economic project, and clean drinking water, as well as the resources to care for orphans, widows, and the sick.
