The earthquake of January, 2010, brought over 200,000 refugees to Mirebalais with no place to call a home.
These refugees, plus the homeless already in Mirebalais, are forced to live in make-shift tents that are easily destroyed during storms. GCA wants to respond to this desparate cry for help by building temporary and permanent homes. The goal is to build 40'x40' Quadplexs that will shelter 4 familes under 1 roof.
