Gene Summerlin, Mike Hsu and all those part of medical team from Nebraska that have a heart to come and continually serve in Haiti have taken the next step in providing health care for Haitians who have no access to doctors, medicine or clinics. The group has taken upon themselves the goal of planning, financing and completing a permenant medical clinic on GCA's property in Mirebalais.
Above are the site plans for the medical clinic, which features 5 exam/procedure rooms, nursing and traige station plus lab and pharmacy. With a permenant on-site clinic, GCA can offer year-round medical care to Haitians through medical teams like the Nebraska team, who already this year held a mobile week-long clinic at New Jerusalem School/Orphanage this past March.
Stay posted to gcanet.org for updates on the development of this medical clinic.
